About This Product

The Hawa Junior 120/B is a top hung sliding door hardware system for use with wooden door panels. Junior 120/B is so named because the system can support a maximum door panel weight of 264 pounds (or 120 kilograms). The “B” in the Junior 120/B name refers to the way the running gear attach to the door panel. “B” indicates that the system uses a carrier profile mounted inside a mortise that must be cut into the top of the door. The profile then attaches to the rolling gear. “B” hardware reduces the gap between the top of the door panel and the track, compared with “A” or “Z” hardware. However, “A” and “Z” hardware is typically much easier to install and adjust.

Hawa Junior 40/B Fitting Set (941.20.009) consists of (2) double roller running gear, (2) carrier profiles, (2) end caps for carrier profiles, (1) track stopper with retaining spring, (1) wall buffer, (1) rattle free floor guide, and (1) locking wrench.
Track

Aluminum upper track with clear anodized finish, pre-drilled. Offered in the following lengths: 3m (941.20.300), 4m (941.20.400), 6m (941.20.600).
Floor Guide Rail

Plastic Floor Guide Rail (940.41.130) sold in 1.3m lengths.
Angled Profile Kit

Angled Profile Kits available in 4m and 6m lengths. Can be trimmed to fit. 4m Kit includes 4m Angled Profile (940.20.604), Track to Profile Fasteners (941.20.099), and Pair of Track End Caps (940.80.068). 6m Kit includes 6m Angled Profile (940.20.606), Track to Profile Fasteners (941.20.099 x 2), and Pair of Track End Caps (940.80.068).
