Use this Bobrick Perpendicular Keeper (1040-39) - with either in-swing or out-swing doors - in layouts that require a keeper mounted on a stile (pilaster) or wall that is positioned perpendicularly to the swinging door panel. This keeper accepts the latch bolt that's part of the surface-mount slide latch included in Bobrick's 1040-42 packet.
