Information We Collect
PERSONAL AND ORDER INFORMATION
As a part of the Toilet Partition Quote process we collect a variety of types of information. This includes personal information you provide to us, which may include your first and last name, email address, phone number and physical address; and order information such as credit card information or images you upload of your bathroom layout. This information is collected for the purpose of communicating with you, completing your quote or purchase and getting it shipped to you. By submitting any of these pieces of information you have agreed to our collection of said information. If at any time you would like to have your information removed from our database, please contact our sales team directly via phone or email.
DEVICE INFORMATION
We may also collect information from your use of our site and services. This includes information like visits to our site pages, use of our tools, and more. We also collect information like your device type, browser used, IP address, and demographic information like location. IP addresses, cookie identifiers, and other device information can be personal information. We use information needed to operate and secure the site. Optional advertising tracking is controlled by the privacy choices described below.
How We Use Your Information
COMMUNICATION & PURCHASES
Partition Plus uses your provided personal information for the completion of quotes and purchases. When you provide an email or phone number via contacting us we use those methods of contact to communicate with you further to narrow down the specifications of a quote, let you know your order has shipped and more. Credit card information is used to complete your purchase and your physical address is used to ship your purchase to the correct location.
IMPROVED USER EXPERIENCE & ANALYTICS
Our collected website information allows us to make decisions to improve user experience based on aggregated statistics. For example we use information like browser usage and device type to ensure our site is compatible with the browsers and devices our customers are using. Cookies may also be used to track site visits and to improve user experience by adapting website content.
THIRD PARTY USAGE
Partition Plus works alongside trusted third parties to both complete your orders and better serve our customers. These Third Parties include: Manufacturing and Shipping Services: Manufacturers and Shipping services may receive the details of your order so that products may be created and shipped to your location. Google Analytics: If you choose Google Analytics in privacy settings, we share page visits, saved drawing uploads and instant quotes, purchases, product revenue after discounts, product identifiers, and browser/device information with Google for website statistics. We exclude contact details and private quote links from these events. Analytics cookies help measure visits over time. This choice is separate from our first-party analytics and Google Ads; previous choices do not automatically enable Google Analytics. Global Privacy Control keeps it off. Google Ads: If you accept optional advertising, our Google Ads tag can share online identifiers, IP address, browser/device details, and browsing activity with Google for advertising measurement and personalized advertising. This advertising disclosure may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information under state privacy laws. For a saved drawing upload or approved purchase made with advertising consent, we also send an opaque conversion identifier and a hashed version of the email you provided to help Google match the conversion. Purchase values use product revenue after discounts, excluding tax and shipping. The tag does not load before acceptance or while a Global Privacy Control opt-out is active. See Your privacy choices below. We may also share your information to comply with laws or regulations such as in the event of a search warrant or other legal request for information.
How to Update Your Information or Opt Out of Sharing
SECURITY
At Partition Plus we work to ensure your information is guarded with the utmost security. We use both physical and digital methods to provide this security including:
- Site Encryption using SSL which helps to protect your information, particularly payment information.
- Your personal information is kept on a need-to-know basis among Partition Plus employees and third party services. Your privacy is our priority and all members of our team are under the expectation of the preservation of your confidentiality.
UPDATING INFORMATION
If you need to update any of your information, contact our sales team using the contact information provided on the site. They will be able to help you update your contact information, address and more in our system. Communications may be sent to your old contact information for a brief period as we switch over our information.
OPT OUT OF SHARING
You have the right to opt out of a variety of information sharing with us. While some information is necessary to make a purchase: including but not limited to a physical address and payment information, other information may be opted out of without consequence to your purchase. Consult the following list: Cookies: Most browsers allow you to block cookies. For more information on how to do this consult your browser’s instructions or help pages. Emails: We will not send you emails further promoting products or services after your purchase. However, you may receive shipping updates or review request communications. To opt out of receiving these emails please contact our sales team at the contact information provided. Advertising: Use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information to turn off optional advertising. This also opts this browser out of the advertising sale or sharing described above. For requests concerning other information you provided to us, contact sales@partitionplus.com or 800-298-9696. If you desire to further opt out of any information sharing or change or delete any of your personal information contact us at the number or email provided to speak with a representative who can help you.
Your privacy choices
Project outcomes is a separate, optional Google Ads measurement choice. If you enable it together with Advertising, we can link a consented ad click to a later won sale. We share the click identifier, outcome time and sale amount without your name, email address or phone number. A private first-party cookie links the choice to saved projects. Click identifiers are kept for up to 90 days; minimal audit records prevent duplicate reporting. Existing advertising choices do not enable project feedback automatically. Turn it off in Privacy Preferences to stop future feedback. This does not undo an earlier disclosure; contact us for requests concerning information already shared.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information opens your privacy settings. First-party analytics, Google Analytics, and Google Ads are separate optional choices: you can use the shop, checkout, and Quote Tool with all of them off. Closing settings or continuing to browse does not give consent.
First-party analytics: only after you accept analytics, we record public page paths, active time, scroll depth, referring hostname, device-size category, and the sequence of quote, layout-upload, contact, cart, and checkout actions on our own server. This includes attempts, confirmed submissions, page-render timing, and fixed categories of problems such as empty search results, unavailable products, validation, upload, or checkout errors. We do not record form contents, search terms, error messages, payment details, customer identity, full referring URLs, or session recordings in this activity stream. A random identifier in this tab’s session storage joins activity into a visit, ending after 30 minutes of inactivity or four hours. We do not link these visits to accounts or across devices. Behavior records are retained for up to 30 days. This stream is separate from ordinary server access logs used to operate and secure the site. Existing advertising consent does not enable analytics automatically. Withdrawing analytics consent stops future collection; it does not remove previously collected records.
Essential cookies and storage support the cart, checkout, security, and your saved privacy preference. We keep your privacy choice in this browser for up to 400 days, subject to browser limits and your clearing cookies or storage. You can change it at any time using the privacy-choice link. Turning off Google Ads or Google Analytics after it has loaded refreshes the page to stop it; save unfinished forms first. Your cart is kept.
After consented conversions, we keep up to 200 opaque outcome identifiers and timestamps in this browser for up to 90 days to prevent duplicate reporting. This record contains no email, email hash, order contents, or payment information. Turning off the corresponding Google service removes its records.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an opt-out of the advertising sale or sharing described here. When this signal is active, advertising stays off, including when you previously accepted. Your settings show when the signal is honored. We retain that opt-out after the signal is turned off until you choose otherwise. Preferences are browser-specific; set them on each browser or device you use.
Opting out stops future collection by the optional service you turn off. It does not undo earlier disclosures. We remove accessible first-party Google advertising cookies when advertising is off, and Google Analytics cookies when Google Analytics is off. We cannot directly remove cookies held on Google’s own domains; you can remove those through your browser settings. With JavaScript disabled, our optional Google tags do not load. Global Privacy Control disables all three optional services.
Changes to Our Policy
Our policy may change over time. If any changes are made the updated policy will be posted here alongside a note of the changes made. We will not reduce the rights of our customers without explicit consent.
Policy Regarding Minors
We do not knowingly collect or use personal information from children under the age of thirteen and no part of our site is directed towards or aimed at children under the age of thirteen. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under the age of thirteen it will be promptly deleted. If you believe that a child under the age of thirteen has provided us with their personal information please contact us using the contact information provided.
Effective Date
Updated October 28, 2026: added separate Google Analytics consent, confirmed submission and purchase measurement, and hashed email matching for consented Google Ads conversions. Other policy provisions retain their November 10, 2022 effective date.
