Our headquarters are located in Maryland, but we have shipping facilities throughout the country to get you your products fast. Check our service areas to find the shipping terminals near you.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Well… sort of. We will be glad to ship to a freight forwarder of your choice and you can handle it from there. Call us with questions on this one.

DO YOU SELL USED BATHROOM STALLS?

No we don’t, usually by the time we are asked to come in and replace them, they’re pretty gross. We do sell new stalls at a low price so check out our selection.

DO YOU INSTALL?

Yes, if you need your toilet partitions installed, we provide installation to Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, and the surrounding region. Here are some reasons you might want installation assistance.

WHY CAN’T I BUY BATHROOM PARTITIONS ONLINE THROUGH THE CART?

Due to the various sizes and situations buying through a cart just isn’t accurate enough, it’s best to have a tailor made solution. We have team members ready to help you create the perfect bathroom so give us a call and we can help you select the partitions you need.

WHAT ARE THE LEAST EXPENSIVE RESTROOM PARTITIONS I CAN BUY?

Powder Coated Steel is our least expensive material. They are also the most popular and are a good trade-off of price vs durability.

WHAT IS THE BEST MATERIAL FOR DURABILITY?

In our opinion the HDPE solid plastic is the most durable / cleanable. The material and hardware are both extremely heavy duty.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY BATHROOM PARTITIONS?

Cleaning bathroom partitions with water and a light non-abrasive cleaner then drying is a standard way to care for almost every partition type and material. For tougher stains, scratches, or partition repairs see our cleaning and maintenance guides for your partition’s material.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I ORDER?

Many people wonder what happens with their toilet partitions after they have placed their order. The process is pretty simple.

• Your quote will be sent to you for confirmation
• After confirmation and payment the order is released to the manufacturer
• The manufacturer will create any custom parts needed, pull others off the shelf and package the order
• The order will be shipped to your local terminal then delivered to you

HOW DO I INSTALL TOILET PARTITIONS?

Maybe you’re outside our installation area or maybe you’re just looking to do your own installation. You’re in luck! We have installation instructions for most of the different toilet partition brands and types we sell.

I DIDN’T GET ALL MY HARDWARE WITH AN ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

Double-check your packing slip to make sure all boxes are accounted for and were signed for, if you’re still missing the hardware fittings, give us a call.

AN INSTALLER COMPLETELY MESSED UP OUR TOILET PARTITION INSTALLATION, WHAT CAN I DO?
